CAREOPTIK WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
All Careoptik loupes, headlights, and other products come with a minimum one-year quality warranty.
Return & Replacement
If you receive an incorrect product, or if the product is non-functional or has inherent defects, please contact the Careoptik Service Team within 14 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if your loupes or headlights have any inherent quality issues, they are eligible for return, replacement, or repair. In the event of damage or malfunction caused by the buyer (e.g., drops, scratches), Careoptik will still provide repair services, with repair fees based on the actual damage.
Post-Warranty Support
Even after the one-year warranty has expired, Careoptik continues to offer repair and maintenance services for any product issues.
