Order Delivery Time

We typically ship by international air courier (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX/EMS), prioritizing DHL/FEDEX/UPS. ARAMEX or EMS will be used for special regions. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days in general; TTL STYLE products may take an extra 2-3 days. For orders with RX LENS installation, shipment will be processed within 7 working days. Delivery takes 3-4 business days after shipment. Shipments containing batteries may face a 1-2 day delay due to customs inspection. Tracking information will be sent to buyers via our online order system once shipped. Import duties may apply in certain regions, and the courier will contact the consignee for payment. All import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We will try to declare a lower value or mark goods as samples to minimize or avoid duties, but this is subject to the customs regulations of the destination country/region and beyond our control. Our online order system may automatically send a delivery confirmation email a few days after shipment, which may show "delivered" even if the goods are still in transit or under customs clearance.
