CARE OPTICAL RETURN POLICY
If you encounter any quality issues with your product or find it unsuitable within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact CARE OPTICAL promptly. We will guide you through the process of returning the product for a replacement, repair, refund, or exchange.
Incorrect Order or Provided Data
If the product is unsuitable or unusable due to an incorrect order selection or inaccurate information provided by you, we offer free replacement or repair. However, please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted in these cases.
Product Warranty
Our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Even after the warranty period has expired, if the product is damaged due to non-human factors or misuse, you can still contact us for repair without incurring repair fees. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost; all other expenses will be covered by us.
Damage from Improper Use
If the product is damaged due to improper use or human error, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to provide an optimal solution. For these cases, you will need to bear both return and re-delivery shipping costs. Repair fees may be waived or charged based on the extent of the damage.
